Welcome to ChallengeCircle! These Terms of Service govern your use of our fitness challenge app and services. By using ChallengeCircle, you agree to:

• Follow our community guidelines
• Use the app responsibly and legally
• Respect other users' privacy and rights
• Comply with challenge rules and payment terms
• Accept our Privacy Policy

To use ChallengeCircle, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have parental consent if under 18
• Provide accurate age information
• Maintain one account per person
• Keep your login credentials secure

We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. Accounts created by automated bots or scripts are prohibited.

You agree to use ChallengeCircle appropriately. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats
• Sharing false or misleading information
• Cheating or manipulating challenge results
• Spamming or excessive messaging
• Sharing inappropriate content
• Violating others' privacy
• Commercial use without permission

Challenge participation is subject to specific rules:

• Follow each challenge's specific requirements
• Provide accurate fitness data
• Respect scoring and ranking systems
• Accept results determined by our algorithms
• No cheating or data manipulation

Disputes must be reported within 48 hours and are subject to our review and final decision.

Subscription Terms

• Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Refund Policy

• Challenge buy-ins are refundable only before the challenge starts
• Technical issues may qualify for refunds at our discretion
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days

ChallengeCircle owns the app, services, trademarks, and technology. You retain ownership of content you create and share, but grant us a license to use it for app functionality.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our explicit permission.

Service Availability: The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

Health & Fitness: Content is not medical advice. Consult healthcare providers before starting fitness programs. Use at your own risk.

Liability: We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party actions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse. Upon termination, you lose access to Premium features and forfeit active challenge buy-ins.

We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
