Why This Challenge Works
Outdoor Training
Spring's mild weather and longer daylight hours make outdoor exercise enjoyable again. Vitamin D from sun exposure improves mood and energy levels.
Winter Reset
If you've been less active over winter, this challenge gently rebuilds fitness with progressive daily targets that won't leave you burned out.
Mood Boost
Seasonal Affective Disorder affects 1 in 3 people in winter. Regular outdoor exercise in spring is one of the most effective treatments for post-winter mood dips.
Summer Prep
Starting in spring gives you a head start on summer fitness. Complete this and roll straight into the summer body challenge.
